About Sara

As a Sports Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Sara aims to help all levels of athletes, from the elite, to weekend warriors to those new to physical activity, excel in their sports goals while ditching diets and finding a more positive relationship with food and their body. 

We cannot fuel for activity and health when we are stressed and anxious about food choices!
