Over 3–6 months, we focus on ensuring your day-to-day nutrition supports training load, recovery, and energy availability — while progressively refining fueling strategies as sessions intensify and competition approaches. This package is particularly valuable for athletes navigating fatigue, performance plateaus, recurrent injuries, or concerns that under-fueling may be limiting progress. This Package Is For You If: - You have a race or competition in the next 3–6 months - You want your daily nutrition to fully support your training demands - You’re unsure whether you’re eating enough to support recovery and adaptation - You’ve experienced fatigue, performance plateau, loss of menstrual period &/or recurrent injury - You want time to test and refine fueling strategies before race day - You’re looking for performance-focused nutrition support What’s Included 1 × 60-minute Initial Assessment - Review of medical history, supplements, training schedule, event timeline, and performance goals and barriers - Comprehensive assessment of current nutrition, fueling patterns, hydration, and recovery practices - Identification of gaps impacting energy, performance, adaptation or GI comfort 4× 30-minute Follow-Up Sessions - Ongoing nutrition adjustments as training load, fatigue, and performance evolves - Carbohydrate, protein, and recovery strategies to support performance and adaptation - Hydration planning and supplement review and guidance - Personalized competition-day nutrition plan, including timing and quantities - Carbohydrate loading plan (when appropriate) - Troubleshooting GI issues, energy dips, or recovery concerns This package expires 12 months after purchase.
